Samples, warranty and delivery

  • Single-unit orders are accepted. Tell us if you need one unit or a sample for evaluation; configuration, availability and sample pricing are confirmed in the quotation.
  • One-year warranty. Coverage, claim handling and any configuration-specific exclusions are documented in the written quotation or order.
  • Lead time starts when the agreed deposit is received and is no longer than four weeks. The quotation confirms the order-specific delivery schedule.
