Product overview
The 5423 Series uses a silicon piezoresistive sensing element and stainless-steel isolation diaphragm to measure gases and liquids compatible with the wetted materials. Computerized calibration, laser trimming, and temperature compensation support stable measurement across industrial and OEM installations.
