Product overview

Application-focused measurement and switching.

The DM852 Series combines a flush sensing diaphragm with a welded stainless-steel structure for process applications where dead volume, viscosity, or cleanability matters. Wide-temperature compensation supports stable measurement, while multiple diaphragm, process-connection, and electrical-termination options enable application-specific configurations.

Configuration note

Ratings, materials, interfaces, and approvals can vary by ordered configuration. CASCED US confirms the controlled specification before order acceptance.

Key features

  • Flush diaphragm supports viscous, sanitary, and clean-process media
  • Welded stainless-steel construction with strong corrosion resistance
  • 316L stainless steel, 96% alumina ceramic, or tantalum diaphragm options
  • Reverse-polarity, transient overcurrent, and overvoltage protection
  • Wide-temperature zero and span compensation
  • 2-inch and 2.5-inch sanitary clamp options
