Product overview

Application-focused measurement and switching.

The UFV73 Series is a compact, serviceable RTD assembly for temperature measurement in demanding machinery and pressurized equipment. Its vibration-resistant construction supports long-term stability in engines, compressors, industrial equipment, and marine applications. Pt100 and Pt1000 elements, Class A or Class B tolerances, multiple wiring and connector options, and configurable probe geometry allow the sensor to be matched to OEM and retrofit requirements.

Configuration note

Ratings, materials, interfaces, and approvals can vary by ordered configuration. CASCED US confirms the controlled specification before order acceptance.

Key features

  • Pt100 or Pt1000 sensing elements with DIN EN 60751 Class A or Class B tolerance options
  • Vibration-resistant construction for engines, compressors, machinery, and marine equipment
  • Two-wire standard configuration with alternative wiring available by application
  • Multiple process connections, probe diameters, insertion lengths, and electrical terminations
  • EMC shielding with surge, electrical-fast-transient, and radiated-RF immunity references
  • IP65 or IP67 ingress protection, configuration dependent
